Resurrecting Queenz is a 21 piece hip hop collective from Washington DC, founded by Kenilworth Katrina to unite and empower women through music and art. The Queenz recruited 13 guest artists (Queenz) from the DMV area to remake the hip hop classic “Freedom” at Traknomiks studio.
The track was executive produced by JaMel Mr City and recorded by Amsta for Traknomiks.
