Exposure Youth Film Festival 2016 by Phinesse Demps

         Exposure Youth Film Festival 2016

On December 29, 2016, Root Branch Production presented a Youth Film Festival with films that were made by her students.
Amazing experience and outstanding films. According to Vonnya Pettigrew,“ These kids are responsible for the films that you watched here tonight. From the writing to the directing and even the subject matter.
One such film that caught everyone by surprise, was the film “The Morning After” which was about coping with losing a parent from Cancer.

Others include “Follow US RRS”, which is about teaching and learning responsibility. There was another film about the “Carson Reading Room”dealing with the newly dedicated room named after Ben Carson; “School Gets Harder” invites into the world of our kids and what they are going through in school. One of the other favorite films was worth watching were kids expressing themselves on “Being A Kid”. Other films include: Rated MH, Friends, Unique Being A Kid, Si Se Puede,Lost and Found.
You can view these films on YouTube, under Root Branch Productions.
Once again Vonnya Pettigrew is proving once again that she cares about the kids. Her company, Root Branch Productions is currently accepting applications for her Summer Camp. For more information on how to get your child into Summer Camp, visit www.rootbranchproductions.com .
