David Sr. calls on an outside consultant to come in and shake things up. However, the family is less than thrilled to hear that their positions may be on the chopping block.

“It’s not easy for me to ask someone else to dissect my own company, but I need a fresh perspective from someone who’s not on my payroll,” said David Sr.
